Please be advised that Horizon Cloud will be performing maintenance on management devices during this maintenance window.

Horizon Cloud Maintenance Window:
• Start: Saturday, May 18, 2019 01:00 AM UTC
• End: Saturday, May 18, 2019 11:00 AM UTC
• Data Center Affected: UK - Chessington

Impacted:
• Access to customer portals - During this window access to customer portals will be intermittent.
• Provisioning of new Virtual Desktops - During this Window provision of new Virtual Desktops will be impacted.
• Virtual Desktops power operations - During this Window power operations to existing Virtual Desktops will be impacted.

Impact Duration:
During the maintenance work window there will be 30 minutes of customer impact expected.

Not Impacted:
• Virtual Desktops up-time and Network connectivity - We do not expect any interruption in accessing existing desktops.

Note: As with any scheduled maintenance there is always a possibility of latency or availability issues during the maintenance window.
