Maintenance Details:
Horizon Cloud Service is completing management device Hotfix installation to resolve a critical issue for the Data Center location you are located during this maintenance window.

Horizon Cloud Maintenance Window:
• Start: Monday, February 25, 2019 08:00 AM UTC
• End: Monday, February 25, 2019 11:00 AM UTC
• Data Center Affected: USA - Northern California

• Access to customer portals - During this window access to customer portals will be intermittent.
• Provisioning of new Virtual Desktops - During this Window provision of new Virtual Desktops will be impacted.
• Virtual Desktops power operations - During this Window power operations to existing Virtual Desktops will be impacted.

Impact Duration:
During the maintenance work window there will be 5 minutes of customer impact expected.

Not Impacted:
• Virtual Desktops up-time and Network connectivity - We do not expect any interruption in accessing existing desktops, but as with any scheduled maintenance there is always a possibility of latency or availability issues during this maintenance window.
