• Start: Saturday, November 21, 2020 at 18:00 UTC
• End: Saturday, November 21, 2020 at 21:00 UTC
• Data Centre: JAPAN - Tokyo
During the maintenance work window, there will be 30 minutes of customer impact expected.
• For Admins:
Intermittently customer admin will not be able to perform Provisioning & power operations of VDI's from the admin portal for the amount of 30 mins in the total schedule window
• For Users:
Intermittently new users connections will be impacted for 15 mins of the total time window
All the portal availability, connected/existing user sessions will be working fine as expected.
