Horizon Cloud Service is implementing an IP Networking change in AP Japan East region during the below maintenance window.

Horizon Cloud Maintenance Window:
• Start: Wednesday, April 14, 2021, 17:00 UTC
• End: Wednesday, April 14, 2021, 17:30 UTC

Impact:
· While we upgrade, one proxy server out of two will always be taking traffic through the LB and there won’t be any downtime.
· There will be service degradation during the maintenance window, but minimal as we will be doing the activity during off-peak hours.

Impact Duration:
• During the maintenance work window, a brief (not more than 5 minutes) impact is expected.

Horizon Cloud Service is implementing a management device upgrade in the USA- Texas datacenter during this maintenance window.

Horizon Cloud Maintenance Window:
• Start: Thursday, April 15, 2021, 05:00 UTC
• End: Thursday, April 15, 2021, 11:00 UTC
• Data center Affected: USA- Texas

Impacted:
• Admins: Intermittently customer admin will not be able to perform provisioning and power operations of VDI's from the admin portal for 30 minutes in the total scheduled window.
• End Users: Intermittently new user's connections will be impacted for 15 minutes of the total scheduled window.

Not Impacted:
• All the portal availability, connected/existing user sessions will be working fine as expected.

Identified - Microsoft update: Microsoft rerouted traffic to their resilient DNS capabilities and are seeing improvement in service availability. They are continuing to investigate the cause of the DNS issue.
