Impacted:
• There will be no impact to end users and their ability to connect to their desktops
• During this maintenance there will be a brief 1min downtime on the administration console in which administrative functions will be temporarily unavailable or may appear offline.

Scheduled - Horizon Cloud Service is completing a management device upgrade in USA Region during the below maintenance window.

Horizon Cloud Maintenance Window:
• Start: Thursday, July 09, 2020 at 05:30 UTC
• End: Thursday, July 09, 2020 at 09:30 UTC

Impacted:
• While we upgrade, one proxy server out of two will always be taking traffic through the Load balancer and there won’t be any down time.
• There will be service degradation during the maintenance window, but minimal as we will be doing the activity during off peak hours.

Impact Duration:
• During the maintenance work window, there will be maximum 5 minutes impact expected.

Investigating - Dear Valued Customer,

VMware Horizon Cloud is investigating intermittent performance issues with the Horizon Cloud Control Plane on Azure (Administration Console). At this time, the login experience may intermittently fail for administrative users only. There is no impact to end user desktops.

Identified - Azure Japan East SQL Database Issue may impact Horizon customer PODs hosted in Japan East. In case of any connectivity issues identitified, VMware recommends to restart the Horizon SmartNode(s) to mitigate the impact.
