Horizon Cloud Service is completing a management device upgrade in Europe Region during the below maintenance window.
Horizon Cloud Maintenance Window:
• Start: Wednesday, July 08, 2020 at 03:30 UTC
• End: Wednesday, July 08, 2020 at 07:30 UTC
• While we upgrade, one proxy server out of two will always be taking traffic through the Load balancer and there won’t be any down time.
• There will be service degradation during the maintenance window, but minimal as we will be doing the activity during off peak hours.
• During the maintenance work window, there will be maximum 5 minutes impact expected.
