• Datacenter Affected: USA - Northern California

Impacted:
• Virtual Desktops power operations - During this Window power operation to existing Virtual Desktops will be impacted.
• Provisioning of new Virtual Desktops - During this Window provision of new Virtual Desktops will be impacted.

Impact Duration:
• During the maintenance work window, there will be 30 minutes of customer impact expected.

Not Impacted:
• Virtual Desktops up-time and Network connectivity - We do not expect any interruption in accessing existing desktops, but as with any scheduled maintenance there is always a possibility of latency or availability issues during this maintenance window.
• Access to customer portals - During this window access to customer portals will not be impacted.
