This ongoing effort is being given high priority and we will update you on the status as needed. In the event we must perform maintenance that will affect our service availability, Horizon Cloud will work with you to determine suitable scheduling of these activities. Impacted:
• Access to customer portals - During this window access to customer portals will be intermittent.

• Virtual Desktops power operations - During this Window power operations to existing Virtual Desktops will be impacted.

Impact Duration:
During the maintenance work window there will be 15 minutes of customer impact expected.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing performance issues with the Horizon Cloud Management Console (Horizon Cloud Manager) that may result in slow login times to the administration console for Horizon Cloud Service on Microsoft Azure and Horizon 7 with Horizon Cloud Service. There is no impact to customer deployed Desktops and RDSH Farms. We are currently troubleshooting the issue.
